And as ridiculous as that commercial is -- I mean, as funny as that commercial is...banana milk is freakin' delicious. The best part is you'll feel like you're treating yourself to something sinful, but really...it's just banana and milk. Brilliant, I say.
Here's what I do:
Ingredients:
-1 frozen banana
-2 cups milk
-vanilla to taste
Instructions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend for about a minute.
3. The milk will get really frothy, and then you know it's done! Pour in a big cup and enjoy!
If you don't have frozen bananas, you can add ice. I think coconut extract instead of vanilla would probably be extra delicious, too!

Dana, I may or may not have watched that commercial like 10 times in a row...and then I was filled with regret because I had the whole dang thing stuck in my head. But mostly I think it's hysterical.
And you should go try some banana milk. And make some peanut butter brownies to go with it...ooooohhh man, that'd be good.
Oh my! I love that commerical, I really do. They're really getting down, that woman has some serious moves.
